ABOUT US
The history of our company spans over 10 years. Founded in 2014, we set ourselves the goal of developing specialized sports equipment and establishing its complete manufacturing process. From the very beginning, the founders have been committed to never compromising on quality, precision, and added value. Therefore, our company works with the most qualified experts and engineers in all fields and has equipped our factory with the most advanced machinery.
In 2015, we began fully outsourced manufacturing of our proprietary product. Outsourced production brought with it numerous challenges, from technological limitations to capacity issues and quality shortcomings. After the first four years of production, the owners and production managers decided to introduce in-house production and set up an independent production unit.
In 2019, our Hungarian subsidiary started production at the Biatorbágy site under an exclusive license.
An important goal in the production unit’s long-term strategy was to diversify our product and service portfolio once we had built up the skills and capacities required for our own products and reliably covered their requirements. In our investments, we have always kept our principles of quality, precision, and added value in mind and selected our machinery accordingly. As a result, we have built up an efficient machine park for steel construction production, which leaves us with free capacity even after the production of our own products.
In mid-2021, we built a new production and storage hall in Biatorbágy with an area of 15,000 m², where we were able to expand our activities to include component production compared to previous production methods and automate several processes. Additional technologies were introduced in the area of sheet metal processing and automated robot welding systems were installed. We use various technologies that are common in the automotive industry to manufacture our own products. When planning the new production unit, it was a clear objective to have several reserves in terms of space and capacity. By combining and optimizing the contract manufacturing of our own and third-party products, we want to make optimum use of the available capacities.
In addition to various metalworking technologies, we also have a 5-axis CNC machining center for wood and plastic products as well as our own robot-assisted gluing and semi-automatic packaging lines, which are connected to modern warehouse logistics systems. In line with our commitment to quality, our company is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
